Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Store orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after we receive the order, unless specified otherwise*.

You may refer to the website header to know about the shipping timeline for customised embroidery & preorders.

Tracking details are shared with the customers as soon as the order is dispatched. Courier services used are - BlueDart, Delhivery, Ekart, India Post and DTDC. As of now, we are only shipping within India but will be catering to more countries soon. Please leave a message.

* Bulk preorders usually have a processing time of 10 business days before it gets shipped.

Shipping damage and missing items

Please report any shipping damage or missing items within 30 hours of delivery so we have time to escalate the issue to our shipping partner. Please provide a complete, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel, opening process, and all items received, so we can submit it with the claim.

Once your order has been dispatched, transit and delivery are handled by the courier. If an issue arises, we’ll coordinate with the shipping partner on your behalf and keep you updated.
