Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our return/refund policy lasts 3 days after the date of delivery of your order. If 3 days have gone by from the date of receipt of your package, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return/refund.
Customized Products
No return or exchange will be offered on customized/ made to order products such as embroidery stands. Customized products are made to suit a specific requirement and we won't be able to exercise any return/exchange in such cases. Please review your design carefully before making your purchase. However, if you have any issue with your order, please send an email to hello@hoopables.in
Additionally, these types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Items on sale
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Do not send your purchase back without intimation to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Send us an email (hello@hoopables.in) stating the issue. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary. We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned items.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will strictly not be entertained for customized products including Embroidery Stands. In case of other products, write to us at hello@hoopables.in stating a valid reason with your order details within 12 hours of placing the order. If approved, a cancellation fee (6% of the total order value) will be deducted from the refund issued.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email describing the issue at hello@hoopables.in .
