When will my order be shipped?
Within 3-5 business days unless specified otherwise.The customer receives the tracking information via text as soon as their order gets shipped.
Certain made-to-order products such as stands have a processing time of 5-10 days depending on the customizationd required.
I forgot to add an item to the cart when I checked out. Can you add it to my order?
Yes, provided the product you want to add does not belong to the 'Stands' collection.
Drop us a message or send an email to hello@hoopables.in with the order ID and we will sort the issue. This will not be applicable if the order has already been shipped.
Can I change the shipping address?
Provided the location is within the same city as you had entered, we would be able to change it.
Please reach out via the chat option on this website or send an email to hello@hoopables.in with the order details as soon as you can.
We want the package to reach you as much as you do.
Can I cancel my order?
Just like how we stand for mindful making, we also cheer for mindful purchases. Please do read all the details before making any purchase.
However, if you have a valid reason, please drop an email to hello@hoopables.in along with your order details. Cancellation charges will be levied.
What are the payment options?
Razorpay offers payment methods such as Net Banking, Credit/ debit cards, UPI, Wallet etc. We do not offer COD.
If you are using an International card, please opt for Wallet > PayPal to pay in your currency.
What if my store order arrives damaged?
The product goes through the team's quality check before they are shipped. Care is taken such that no damage happens during transit.
However, if something like that happens, please shoot an email with your order details to hello@hoopables.in and we will figure out alternative solutions.
My order is a gift. Could you add a note for me?
Absolutely! We love sending notes. Click on the 'leave a note' option while you check out and give us all the details.
Please also mention if you want the price details to be hidden on the label.
Do you offer exchanges/ replacement
No, especially if your order involves customizations.
But if there is a valid concern, please reach out to hello@hoopables.in. Return shipping charges if any will have to be borne by the customer.

Hoopables is currently headquartered in Delhi, India.
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet, but we can deliver anywhere.
Is there any minimum order value?
